League Captains

in the leagues you get to pick a captain,but i think when you pick a captain they should have all the usual facilities a leader has like remove and choose players,enter the team etc.i think it would be a good idea because it would take responsibility off leaders that are busy,otherwise its pointless picking a captain of a team.
