I think it's not unusual, that a lot of players here play with chess computers against other players who want play a fair game. So what about a black list where I can put players on. Just to indicate that this user might be use an computer.
After this, very powerful players can check them out in a game and vote if its true or not.. or something similar..

Cheating accusations are not allowed so you cannot make such a list and put it in the forum. As DS said, wait till the game is over and then report in private to the GMT.
There was a naive girl called Ana who was banned because she used computers whilst the game was in play to check if her opponents were cheating not knowing that she was herself cheating. Use the search to find that story.
