I think it would be a good idea to "sticky" posts available to clan leader is their private forums.
Just like in the help section there is a sticky on how to offer advice to others, we have a similar sort of post in the private forum and feel it would be a good idea if the clan leader has the privilage of making a thread into a sticky.

Why? Not every clan forum is a place to say whatever you like... some use them for clan business.

Another edit... I think there should also be a way for clan leaders to remove posts if they see fit.
but i like the idea of removing posts - something that has come up before in my clan.
