Member invitational tournaments
Where the members invite those they want to join, unlike the open
or banded tournaments they would not count as tournament wins,
since established accounts or a fair and balance tournament could
not be enforced. They would be like playing an unrated game, it would
simply be a non-tournament victory, victory.

But why would be unrated? Why not have it as a ordinary tournament?
It is very messy story to try to organize a 'fake' tournament. I tried it once within my clan. You have to give precise instructions for the participants for making them challenge each other in order to let everyone play to eachother, on as black, one as white.
To make an invitational tournament where people are invited to the tournament, with a tournament leader, would be a fantastic featue at RHP.

be counted toward tournament wins because they could be fixed
to setup someone real easy. So in that vein they would be like
playing a non-rated game.
