I was thinking that since the star color reflects how many moves you've made maybe when you mouse over them a pop-up could tell you how many moves a person has made.

By the way, I am aware that grammatically the last sentence was terrible! 🙁

well i'm sure the flag thing was easy to implement... and to be fair some of the flags did look alike so that was a good addition imo plus unlike the number of moves a player makes the flag doesn't change every 5 seconds.

considering it shows the number of moves a person has made in the forums under their name and you're only a click away from looking at their star to seeing the number of moves they've made this would be a serious waste of time.

and stop trying to bring back my bad childhood memories 😠

The point is that it is a suggestion like any other.
If the powers that be do not like it then it will die a death without others needing to shout it down 🙂

I'm with Trev on this one. What's the point when the number of moves is already shown right next to it on almost every page the stars appear on.

If anything, when you mouseover a star image it should tell you what it represents - the same info you get on the Star FAQ entry.

eg: Over 100,000 moves...
