names as links in tournaments and clan games

This has probably been posted before, but I would like it if you could click to players' profile screens directly from the table of wins/losses in clan and tournament games, rather than going to the game first.

This has been done for the tournaments page. Grab:

Done for the clan challenge page now. The caveat being that the player you are checking out must have made some moves in the game.
