in order to make the self monertering system more "democratic", i suggest a negative alert or a recomend. so that instead of a thread being deleated when it has n number of alerts. it would be deleated when it had n more alerts than recomendations.
We don't know that this isn't the case already. No one
in the administration has commented on it.
We also don't know if n is higher in some forums
(such as debates) than others.
