Noplay List and Ignored list

what about a noplay list?
Someone in my noplaylist wouldnt be able to play any game with me only tournaments.
Ignored list i wouldnt receive messages or see this guy post in the forums.

Ignoring someone's posts could get confusing, as you'd still be able to see what others posted in the thread so the discussion would have holes in it. But I like the idea of a 'Don't play' list.
