Notebook improvement

What about to add the possibility to save notes in the game notebook when it's my turn but I do NOT want to move that very moment?

Do like this:
(1) Make a note, or change the old one, in the game notebook.
(2) Do *not* make a move. Make sure of it.
(3) Hit submit.
and the change will be there.
