notebook in game annotatations

There is another thread on notebook, but this is a request to save the notebook on each move.

For me, this would be useful to note when the game leaves which of my many books, and when
we leave the games explorer, etc. Also to note when I was unsure of the best way forward,
so I can check in later analysis if I chose correctly.
