I think it would be useful to have automatic page refresh (setting available to user).
Now if you are playing a game you have to click "Refresh...", why not do that automatically after X seconds?
Same could be done for list of all user games.
Other than that, I bounce around the forums and come back to my game page once in a bit to see if someone's made a move. If they did... I wait about 4 days and make a move.
