POWER AND GLORY OF TOURNAMENT MASTER

Subscribers or re-subscribers should have a few privileges. One could be the option of holding and administering tournaments. As far as I can tell, only site administrators can do so. Another re-subcription benefit would be a few more bells and whistles on the player interface page --- I'd like an option to block out the opponent's rating. Anyway, just a few thoughts.
