Site Ideas

This has been discussed many times before.
Eg. Thread 50721
Russ said in August that this feature "is coming". But he didn't say when!

I think it would be a bear to code (but what do I know)
I would love the option to make 1 premove. Let's say you have an obvious reply to a certain move. You would be able to say "if Qxg5 then fxg5" for instance and the move would happen while you were offline.
Why not many more in a row?

😕~
What do you mean "live chess setting"? Isn't it particularly in this environment (correspondence chess) that the feature would be useful?
I think it's a great idea and looking forward to it.
Originally posted by briancronPremove (conditional moves) is an excellent feature. Most large email chess sites already have it. It speeds up games and is a good weapon against poor losers who have a hopeless position and are dragging a game on with the sole intention of timing you out. A multi-line conditional move feature is optimal in this respect.
