I have three games at GK right now.
NMD's story didn't add up. I have admitted that freely. Neither did his banning. They managed to catch the game in 76 games? (many of those games were losses)
Yet, they couldn't catch maryann until 645?
come on...that strains credulity to the breaking point.
Dave may have been a cheat, he was almost certainly a liar, but there is a substantial amount of evidence that he got booted for other reasons.
I went to GK to hear their side of the story.
I've heard your side loudly and repeatedly.
And, yes, you called me a cheat. You know it and I know it.

I'm not familiar with maryann, but that user was probably a lot better at cheating, or far less blatant. If you think NMD was ran off the site for other reasons, you are mistaken... and complaining to the wrong guy. Only Russ can run a player from the site.

I'm shocked at the behavior since the 30 recs came to be. And seeing much of the behavior for the past fews years, it takes alot to be shocking. Hopefully the immaturity on this will die down and they be used properly, giving more of oppurtuniy to rec posts that deserve it. 30 is not enough to troll, and not to few to run out... if used correctly. This is a good thing people, use it right.

Both you and Dave lied about the same thing; a USCF rating. He added a 1000 points to his and you pretended to have a Class A one. Both were fairly easily proven falsehoods.
It would have been legit for Dave-Schliemann-whatever to be banned for impersonating a titled player under the TOS. However he was clearly marked as a 3(b) banning. That was done by Russ, so you must be claiming that Russ is a liar. I'd like to see the "substantial evidence" you supposedly have to support that claim.
