recruitment pool

For all the clan leaders, out there, I think it's just a hassle having to post on the clan forum trying to get new members, i think it would be great if there was some kind of recruitment pool where a bunch of players will be listed if they clicked a "declare clan avalibility", this would cut back on the tedious task of trying to look for more members.

does anybody have an opinion on this?

Sounds like an interesting idea...

I like the sound of it, even though I won't be recruiting any additional players too soon. But for upcoming clan-makers, looking in hindsight, I can see how having a list would have helped.

The problem is not so much to recruit members. The problem is to keep the members you have.

As a member I want to find out rather quickly - "Is this the clan where I want to stay as a member?"

What can your clan give to your mambers that other members can't give you? You have to niche yourself. And this you do by describing your niche with your name and explanation. "The Viagra Clan" is certaily not a good name. If my clan leader gave the clan this name, I simply drop out as fast s I could.

Then McClan must be a tremendously good name.
Haven't lost a member in about two and a half years...!
