Remove notification with 3 thumbs up

Maybe 10 thumbs up would be worth knowing about ...

Wouldn't it be great if we got rid of the thumbs, and installed a "recommend" button instead! Like the one we used to have, but with a comment box attached so that people could say why they liked it. Get rid of that useless thumb stuff that discourages real posts.

At least give us a way to turn them off.
