The mods have asked for this repeatedly. Maybe Russ will listn to you guys...
The Mod on receipt of a reasoned reply could determine this and reach a consensus with the poster to have the post amended to reflect the true intent. Win win for all and no need to involve the 'wolf pack'.
Bad choice of words I know but I'm not going to change it because everyone knows what I mean.

You're missing a big consideration: Work Safe.
Many corporate servers will block sites that serve up too many 'naughty words', and Russ wants this site to be Work Safe.
This means no swear words, racist or bigoted phrases and definitely no porn and minimal sexual terms.
End of discussion.

SUGGESTIONS:
1. The Moderators should be able to remove Clan or Club names which are abusive.
2. We should be able to have a Mod we can PM, if we have any questions. All it would take is to know who is on at any given time.
3. In warnings from Mods there is no way to reply and discuss anything. I believe a reply button would have many benefits, a 006. I believe like in the work place in the real world, there is always room for improvements.
Everyone wins here and I bet it will make the forums less volatile. You darn right it is a good idea.
Maybe we need to talk about it in general and then link to this thread. It should be implemented.
I think everyone has thought of most of this stuff before but, now is a good time.
Russ we need your skills again man. Thanks.
The post that was quoted here has been removedI am giving an opinion, which you call arguing. What do you call what the people (mods) are doing? Friendly banter?
This thread is about suggestions to make things better for both Mods and users. I don't see how that is a bad thing, no matter who came up with the idea first.
If Russ/Chris decide to implement, the suggestions I made, which others have made before me as you have pointed out. Those people can take full credit for it, as far as I am concerned.
I would appreciate more people getting involved in this discussion in a positive way, and what the thread is about, and set their personal baggage aside for a bit.
This actually is a good idea for both Moderator and user, and Kudo's to those who came up with the idea first!
Originally posted by Very RustyI'm against it now because Rusty's in favor of it.

You are the one comes in to my Site Idea thread crying about how you already have given that idea, I think that is more what this is all about, and I told you if the idea is implemented, you can have all the credit. ( IT would be good for Moderators and Users )
Your posts are there for all to see also, and as you told me, it is impossible to argue by yourself, it always takes two. One person can never be in an argument. But perhaps in your mind it is an argument, to me it is banter back and forth. I think you take things much more seriously than I do, in many of our conversations.
