Still waiting to Move up Ladder

in checkmate and is showing up in the opponents game list and well as mine, both show a finished game, still no sign on moving up the ladder

wondering why the delay

There is an issue with one position on the ladder which is preventing any updates taking place. A fix is incoming, a few hours with luck.
