Subthreads/chapters

Periodically we have had RHP vs. xxxxxxx games in the Chess forum. These are annoying to try to follow or participate in, as you've got to wander backwards through the thread trying to figure out where the discussion for each move begins. It would be nice if the thread's creator had the capability to break his/her thread into subthreads (in this particular case probably organized by move number). Also, perhaps the thread's creator could have the choice of delegating this authority as well.

I'm imagining that a reader would click on the thread, and this would open a list of subthreads/chapters. Ideally the reader could also have the option of viewing the subthread list chronologically or in reverse chronological order (most recent first).
