Tigher rating stipulation when creating an open...

Hi All,

Sorry if this has been suggested before. From what I can see, when you create an open invite, you can only limit your opponents rating to the nearest 100 points. eg) 1500-1600

I thought it would be good if you can select their rating to the nearest 50 or, maybe even nearest 10, seeing as there is usually quite a difference between playing strength with 100 points.
