timeout and timebank

How about an "earned" time bank concept? For example, could start off with 3 days in a time bank and after making every 10 moves, one additional time bank day is earned.

This would avoid the huge time bank for those who set up a game, make four to six moves, then disappear.

This thread has morphed and emerged again, so I wanted to bring up my suggestion again that got no reaction.
