Too Many Forum Bans

Why not just put up a link to Forum Wars, next to "recommend", call it "Step Outside" and let the people slog it out over there. that way the mod`s can concentrate on all this cheating mess that seems to be going on.

Why not just ban everyone who posts on Forum Wars from posting on RHP, say for 10 years, that should sort out the trouble makers

That seems a rather draconian approach. I don't remember agreeing to anything in the tos that forbids me from visiting other sites outside of rhp.

I want to point the fact that first mateulose and blobby got a forum ban on Rhp,then they came to Fw because they can't post here:it's not like they came out from Fw to troll in Rhp forums.

Sir,weren't you the one who started a thread asking for mateulose being banned from forums? Now what's the deal?

Regarding the ''too many forum bans'' I don't think two temporary forum bans are too many,out of a 80.000 users community.

Be careful what you wish for, Sir Ulrich; since I've yet to see you post anything of any value we could start off the mass bannings with yours. If you feel it illuminating, you could follow the lead of Ivanhoe and post entire threads from FW to "prove" the foul wrongdoing and evil ways of all those who use other internet sites, but his cranium is still recovering from the internal explosion (and he got a forum ban for doing so; go figure).

What a shock! Here is SirUlrich, the paragon of forum ettiquite,
suggesting that we take a group of people that he (and perhaps
others) thinks of as 'trouble makers' and throw them out. Sure
sounds like a great plan. Why don't we build ghettos and put
all of those people there too, perhaps brand them with a serial
number or make them wear a blue pawn on all of their clothing.

SirUlrich, you clammored for mateulose's dismissal from the site,
and now effectively permanent forum bans for other people. If
you don't like it here that much, why don't you find another forum
with SirUlrich clones so you can be comfortable. You are obviously
poorly suited for a diverse community.

what about bans based on mod #'s?

e.g. 3rd modded post = 1 day ban

5th = 2 day ban

10th = 1 week ban

15th = 1 week ban

at a decided threshold (20 mods?) each extra mod = 1 week ban

I guess there would be cries of people being deliberately modded against, but in general I reckon it would keep people on their toes with regards to posts.

P.s. Reckon at 50 mods you should get lifetime membership at Forum Wars 😉
