How about setting up a Swiss even if each player playing each other
two games white and black, it would keep everyone playing for the
whole tournament instead of getting knocked out in one round and no
chance of getting back in it.

I think maybe they mean round robin ?

Setting up a swiss sounds nefarious.

Who gets to pick the swiss?

    Oh I dunno about that.

I tried a cheese the other day that was blue and veiny and about as hard as a brick.

Brie on the other hand, is soft and gooey.
