Tournament PGNs

Can there be a PGN file made after the tournament is finished that will have all the games played in the tournament?

I also agree this is a great idea.

also would like to add that pgn be made, instead of having to copy and paste the into a note pad and then save it, also if this is done can we get something into the file name which will let the computer save it without over writing anything, other sites have this option but the name the games the same, since in tournaments there are multiple games, each one will be named the same (individually that is) maybe adding the game id # and/or the white player-black ploayer names also
