i think in tornaments if u get timmout out in all games or in a banded duel such as this one

Christmas 2007 Banded Duel 1100-1200 when both players in group 16 get timmout out without making a move both players should get eliminated

i know im one of the members i just think it would be fair bc i went inactive for a long time and i somehow am in there...
