    1.make benefits for being a subscriber, so that people actually subscribe.
    2.use RHP to advertise it, since it is much more popular than uchess.
    3.use the money from subscription benefits to improve the site, such as fixing the lag problem, adding more rooms because it seems 50 is the maximum number of players which is often not enough, and bring back forums, and maybe hold tournaments for subscribers like there is at RHP.

    It is an easier way to play and the site navigation is simple. I think RHP has more on it thought.

    uChess would have to improve a lot before it could be a paid service. It's pretty primitive compared to the big boys like playchess and ICC.
