I set the vacation for 4 days' holiday to end 01/06/18 and the tick appeared. Did not work, however, and this allowed a hovering skull-taker to steal a win from a dead lost position. Glitch in the system?
Otherwise you might have left out the click on "book" which actually books the vacation. You can alter as much as you want before it will show, but not be booked until you affirm...
