TBH, I'd be glad to see Phil back in the Chamber, and would even vote in favor of FMF's membership if that ever came up for a vote, however unlikely that might be.

No, not a timeshare. Ancestral. Not as close to my favorite canal route as I would like, but in the grand scheme of things it's still pretty nice.
