Welcome Games

I think having welcome games would be a pretty neat feature.

i.e. When someone joins the site they have the option to automatically give them a Rated or Unrated (their choice) welcome game. It would choose their opponent randomly based on the current member's profile settings (which would be two checkboxes, 'accept rated welcome games' and 'accept unrated welcome games'😉.

It would be a nice thing because the people who volunteer for the welcome games could assist the user in navigation of the site and learning about how things work on this server.

Just an idea.
