In my opinion, the system regarding those who register and receive 2 games should be changed. Instead of pairing newbies with each other, I think a group of subscribers should volunteer to automatically play newcomers in order to get them into the site. There's alot who leave because they don't get why it seems slow. This would fix this problem alot. This scheme is used in schemingmind.com
