How difficult would it be to setup clan challenges area?

To be set by challenger = SBC

The clans can make open challenges
to be responded by one or more other clans to be…SBC
with a set number of members playing…SBC
with a rating average…SBC
with a set time control….SBC

They could limit the number of clans that join since for
every clan joining that is two games for each player, but it would
be cool to see several clans slugging it out like our clan tournaments
now. These could be open, plus they could be setup between clans
that want to just play each other too.
