I think he was hoping an Atheist would read it to him so he'd know what it says.
Liberals are the only people who get things done! To wit, end of slavery, voting rights for women, social security, medicare, 40 work week, unemployment insurance, the atomic bomb, gay rights, abortion rights, space program, highway system, free public education, etc.etc. Conservatives fought all these things.
