I'm definitely not as big as him, but the last man to put me down (with a black eye, a cut lip. a bruise on my face, a dislocated shoulder and a possible cracked rib, and that's only because, as he said, "you wouldn't stop" ) was a Navy SEAL, in sparring practice.

No, not all. I have acquaintances in a few biker clubs. Many bikers are criminals, but many also have honor.
