Can there be such a thing as a bad Christian.

I meant take RBHill for example..

Hates women.... used the "N" word in posts.

Certainly he is a "Bad Christian" or would he just be a "Failing Christian" by failing to act in a Christian like way towards others at this chess site.

    Discuss...
No Flaming of RB either... just discuss are there good and bad christians or only good ones.

I would say this there is no such thing as a perfect oerson. Take you for an exaple. You gossip about me instead of being a Christian and helping me out by praying for me. Becasue Christian or not we all need to be prayed for by born again believers.

No such thing as 'born again.' The fact that you continue to lie
about the contents of the Bible is an indication that you are not
    a 'True Believer.'

He is helping you out. He is pointing out your hypocritical
shortcomings. I've helped you out, too.

However, you fail to change. You fail to adapt. You fail
to make amends. A 'True Believer' would recognize this.

You make a good point RB...

So I am acting in an unChristian manner.
How far would one have to go to be considered bad?
Am I failing , bad, or just imperfect?

PS RB I will be praying for you and It will go along the lines of :
Please help this person of god to love the people he appears to hate.
Please help him to correct the faults in his personality that cause him to be hated by some. Please do not let others judge us as Christians by his actions alone.
    Amen.

Don't forget to say in jesus name aman.

Edit: everyone falls short every day that is what confession is for. Going to God. 1 John 1:9. This is for believers not every one.

1 John 1:9 If we(believers) confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us(believers) our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

I'm afraid to say there are very few good christians.

Obviously no one is perfect, but many people who claim to be christian I have found to be hypocritical and mal-adjusted. The more strong their belief, the more 'bad' they appear to be.

This is not to say all christians are bad; mild mannered non-church goers who just faintly believe to belong can exhibit very good behaviour, and I have many friends and family members who fit into this catagory.

    John 14:13
And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father.

    John 14:14
You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.

    John 15:16
You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit—fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name.

Give me your definition of a good person.

The Bible says all have sinned.

That's too complex a definition to tap out on a Monday night.

I'll give you a clue, prejudice based on outdated values don't figure highly.

There is not. Your flawed translation of the Bible
is what makes you incorrectly believe it. Go to the original
and you will find that your whole faith-construct is predicated
    on an error.

We do not have the originals. Why are you telling him to do the impossible?

"Born again" appears to be the proper translation, though it could also say "born from above" which means the same thing (that a man must be born of the Spirit).
