Is this you being a tough guy on the Internet?
I would need to train.
I am curious to see if any posters would like to see you get your butt kicked in a boxing match. I don't expect this thread to go far, but.....it would be cool to see some responses.

Very cool. Let's hope people are sufficiently fascinated to comment.
Because your arrogance needs to be stopped. And, our boxing match will do just that.
I will punch your face in with a right, and have a Bible in the left, lol, lol.
Originally posted by chaney3You plan on reading him a text after you kick his butt? an excellent idea! a reprobate like him could do with every scrap of scripture he can get. Good luck in curing him of his arrogance though, it may take more than a single beating and Bible reading.

Originally posted by Ghost of a Dukeconceptually its quite interesting. As you may or may not be aware Christians are counselled to refrain from violence. Just a single example will suffice although there are many.
So you're squarely in the violence camp?
1 Tim 3:3 - The overseer should therefore be irreprehensible. . . . not a drunkard, not violent.
However it seems self evident that Christians are not pacifists in the broadest sense of the term because the Bible itself states that violence can be used when all other solutions are exhausted. For example at the Battle of Armageddon, yet future, when God will fight against those who oppose his universal sovereignty. Christ himself is depicted as an avenging angel, on a white horse with a sword etc
what is the discerning person to make of it?
In the case of an arrogant man I doubt any amount of violence will suffice to render him devoid of his arrogance. He needs to learn humility some other way.
