Useful to own, but there is more to life. I'd give buddhism a solid B grade.

Christianity gets a "C" and Deism a "D".
Judaism gets a "J" (that's a complete fail I think)

Atheism gets an "A".

Mind you, since nirvana and all the factors (dharmas) pertaining to samsara are empty of inherent existence, Buddhism acknowledges no differentiating property between samsara and nirvana (Mulamadhyamakakarikas, chapter xxv, ontological and logical examination of the unconditioned / asamskrta ~nirvana) {by the way, this is exactly what is pointed out by Ch'an Buddhism}.
Therefore, Buddhism acknowledges that no dharma has ever been communicated anywhere by a Buddha to any sentient being.

So, why would you give Buddhism just a B instead of A?
