You are such a terrible example of how a Christian should live. Not only that, but you argue like a child, perhaps you are extremely young, and thus have reason to argue like one?
You are quick to judge what you don't know or understand. Perhaps you would be better to open your eyes and ears and try to learn something. 😏

Quite frankly, I'm still not sure what point RJ is trying to make. He refuses to say.
read the talents parable again and you will see that the third worker did exactly that and he upset the "master".
You lost me here. "Did exactly" what?
i am sure some might find some other meaning to the talents parable that i haven't thought of, however i am sure that rjhinds' interpretation that the parable is a praise to capitalism, how the talents represent actual wealth, how the master (jesus, god) will only reward those that leave the world with more money than they had, even though numerous times jesus warns against putting too much worth in material wealth, all of these interpretations are childish and lacking imagination and reason, to put it lightly.

As well as Lies, Justin Bieber, taps that come on suddenly and soak your crotch while on your first date,

So the fact that something pisses you off is not really a good indication that it's true.
It might just be Justin Bieber...
I really shouldn't post things this late at night.

I'll try to explain why.
The Parable of the Talents elaborates on the following:
Matthew 13
10And the disciples came and said to Him, “Why do You speak to them in parables?” 11Jesus answered them, “To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted. 12“For whoever has, to him more shall be given, and he will have an abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has shall be taken away from him. 13“Therefore I speak to them in parables; because while seeing they do not see, and while hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand.
Above Jesus is explaining how understanding of the 'mysteries of the kingdom of heaven' (His teachings) is gained.
Matthew 25
15“To one he gave five talents, to another, two, and to another, one, each according to his own ability; and he went on his journey...
29“For to everyone who has, more shall be given, and he will have an abundance; but from the one who does not have, even what he does have shall be taken away.
Note how Matthew 13:12 and Matthew 25:19 use very similar verbiage.
The Parable of the Talents also incorporates the following:
Matthew 7
7“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8“For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.
The third slave did not "seek" as he was afraid. As such he did not "grow" his understanding (talents). So he was thrown "into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth." The other two did "seek" to "grow" their understanding and were rewarded with more understanding.
Read back through the Parable of the Talents with the above in mind. It reads much more cleanly than the idea of "spreading the word" or not living up to ones potential in the world.
