That's what the church says on their billboard on the corner. On the building it says "First Church of Jesus Christ in Redcliffe"

I've read some of their literature (three different mags actually), which are actually printed in America, I assume for Americans.

I always got a smile on my face when I pass by. It's like they're covering all their bases by having "Jesus" , "science" ,"first" and " Redcliffe" up there.

Thing is the literature is crap. Real RJHinds stuff. After reading 3 or so pages into any of those mags it becomes quickly clear that there is very little reference to any real science.

It's a new looking building/church , so methinks they are just trying to reinvent the modern floundering Christian movement.

I like the ones where they change the billboards and put up wisecracks like : "Come in for prayer-conditioning" ,and such... Anyone seen churches like these?

    Hehe 🙂

They'll just say anything for publicity - good or bad.

I guess it makes a bit of sense around Easter, but sheesh. Who cares?
