I think the basic ideas of christianity are worth remebering and putting into practice in your everyday life. What I mean is, you don't need to believe in God or in hell to be a decent human being. You just need to comprehend the joys and pain of others.

Buddhism believes in reincarnation, so you may live more than one life. You should check that one out, if what you look for is not in christianity.

I seriously doubt that, if there's a God, he will close his doors on muslims, buddhist, or any other non-christian. I think he will most likely take a look at how you lived, not at which temple you went to pray or by what name you called Him.

I know now I will get the helping hand of a Christian trying to ease my pain with Salvation through Christ as the answer. Maybe Christ is the ultimate answer, and need for us all, but the Christian religion d of heavy handed muscle work. It's more like the mob than a so called religious organization.
Then simply don't embrace "religion". You can still be saved and not be "religious". Religious wars were, and are, fought over that very word: "Religion". One simply has to accept Jesus, find a good group (church) that practices genuine Christianity, and you will be on your way to peace for eternity. It's that simple.

Exactly...its soo easy, it a wonder why we have Athiests. Having a relighon is like grabing a hand in poker. You have a chance of grabing the winning one. And if you dont, at least you tried. Athiest just sit on the side and do nothing, wasting a good hand.

That's a different formulation of Pascal's wager than I've seen before. Interesting.

Next time you could use roulette or craps.

You'd rather go to Hell than cease to exist?! You must never have really suffered.

How do you know that the winning hand isn't atheism? In a casino, the best odds are not to play.

Maybe God hates people who believe in Him.
