Yes it is.............but it is best to go to a Hare Krsna temple and have them[a senior devotee] assist you because you will have many questions as you read each page.

Many people who approach the Bhagavad Gita with a "dreaded task mentality", will stop reading it after a week.

You must read in the spirit of wonder and facination
