As far as I know, there are no regular posters here who identify as such. If you want to know more about it, I would suggest the great big internet out there, you can find out something new about almost anything. If you *are* a deist and wish to connect with others, then maybe start a thread and start a conversation about it and you'll get some of us to talk to and ask you about it, some will be curious and it can go from there, it might draw other deists in.
Deism is so blah - where's the excitement in having a God who just starts the ball rolling and goes and takes a nap until judgment day?

That's what you feel because you're not involved in His will.

I know a thing or two. My comment however still stands on its own. You can stop rolling your eyes around.
The reason you have the sensation of God being idle and you feel, that if anything you are just waiting to be judged, is because you don't want to have anything to do with His will.
Christ is not idle. God is not idle. The Holy Spirit is not idle.
You regard Him as off taking a nap because in His will you are off taking a sleep and spiritually comatose toward it.
I'm sorry. That observation holds even if I know absolutely nothing about Deism.
