To what extent do you think entertainment derived from depictions of immorality normalizes - or numbs us to - actual immorality?

I think for most normal, well adjusted human beings, there is a distinction we make between things we observe (say in a film) and things that occur in the real world. So, generally speaking, there is nothing to worry about if you are entertained by a horror movie or game, as I don't believe this will lessen your 'human' responses if you were to observe a similar horror in the waking world.

There are of course some individuals who could be affected by such depictions of immorality, but they fall outside of the norm.

I don't entertainment numbs us, I think real depictions do. In the U.S., there's been soooo many mass shootings on the news, hearing about another one seems to get no reaction anymore.

Yes, sadly that seems to be the case.

It would be interesting to see whether you can actually be honest enough to state that you believe in the existence of actual (objective) immorality.
