Did Adam and Eve have Navels?

Spirituality

Of course not!

It's a no-brainer people. 🙄

1 edit

No, because Adam was a village, not a person. The people in Adam had navels.

God may or may not have created them with belly buttons.

That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard of Village how stupid

What, your god could not possibly have made A&E with navels? Where is your imagination? He could have made them with 2 butt holes if it had wanted. What's the big deal with this kind of dumb argument?

Not the first time I have encountered the idea that the whole Adam and Eve and Eden story was all about the end of the hunter/gatherer way of life and the advent of agriculture (and work). It has quite a lot to recommend it, I think.

Psst, we evolved as a species. Adam and Eve is just a story.

Not really.
That book of yours doesn't have a clue when it's being literal and when it's being allegorical

Paul even talks about eve as an individual not as a village

There is considerable evidence that supports evolution. The same can not be said for Adam and Eve (with or without their navels).

The evidence for creation is the existence of the universe.

The evidence for evolution doesn't exist at all. Evolution is really just a very bad idea.

I know I'm right because God told me so. 😛

When you start quoting Phil Collins lyrics you really have lost the argument. 😉
