Even if plants are living souls similar to animals, I do not see any
justification for us to limit our diet to vegetation or fruit and seed only.
Animals are eaten by other animals as part of the natural food chain as
was pointed out. I do not agree with killing animals for sport or being
cruel to animals, except pests, however.
