So if all mass can be transfered into a form of energy, and if in t ...[text shortened]... ull is the move of his hand??? or if he was to actually stand up???.

PPL fear the living God.
Sadly, all you have succeeded in demonstrating is that you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

It was sadly swallowed by the gap theory. 🙁

Posts are neither created nor destroyed. They only change form. It might currently be the energy behind the Post button, or the vitriol in RWillis's post.

As evidence of this, recall last year's eruption of Mt. Ivanhoe, in which an entire forum was converted into the energy required for the subsequent cooling. The Fourm Issues forum wasn't destroyed, but merely converted into ashes, and then memories.

Not unlike an off-site forum for U-Boat commanders which seems to be but vapour now.

How does Einstein know e=mc^2 ? I could easily say that e=mc^3.

Vitriol? Although I've posted my share of vitriol, that post is pretty tame by comparison.

Yes, you could. You could also say that there is a green monster hiding in your closet.

I would guess that he did the math. Unless you have a degree in physics forget about being able to understand it.

Hey. I don't have a degree in physics and can at least boast a rudimentary understanding of matter in relation to energy. 😛😛

Actually, high school math is sufficient.

i did an introductory course to relativity last year and it was rather, well, hard...

we had to apply e=mc^2 at high school, but we didn't go into any depth in it, and i doubt i could prove it using my knowledge from school...

although, i am a genius after all 😉
