Personally, I would find it difficult to even believe in a religion or in the writings in a book, if I thought there was no right way to understand it. Being able to interpret something in more than one way is very different from saying there is no right way to interpret it. If there is no right way, then I have no use for it. It is simply a waste of my time. Therefore, Judism is not for me. I will stick to Christianity where I believe there is one right way, even though I may not understand that right way.

Don't human do all those things too? The main difference is that the Holy Bible says God has granted to man certain animals that may be eaten for food. Wheras rape and murder is condemned. I don't recall any reference to sniffing our neighbours behinds. I guess that is something that is left to civil authoritiesa.
