How is the historical work on the process of gospels being incorporated into the canon and gospels being rejected hearsay? You should explain.

How is the "either direct witnesses or a witness of other witnesses" thing actually hearsay? You should explain.

Based on what I have read, I have no reason to believe that any "direct witnesses" wrote anything about Jesus.

What reason do you have to trust what you have read?

I employ my intellectual capacities and faculties, not to mention my training as a historian, although subscription to superstitious beliefs is more emotional and purely spiritual than intellectual.

So tell me exactly how you know for a fact that none of the gospel writers had actual contact with Jesus?

From evidence that I encountered in my reading over a period of many years. If you expect me to dig out those books or go toe-to-toe with you copy pasting, I'm not going to. If you believe the evidence shows that the Gospels were written by people who met Jesus or who were direct witnesses in some other way, then that's fine by me.

Well the fact that you didn't even bother to look at the link I posted simply shows me that you aren't really interested in evidence and it seems you have already made up your mind that there is no evidence for the existence of God, so that begs the question why is it you believe that God exists?

Only someone pretending not to have read or understood anything divegeester has ever posted about his Christian faith and his reasons for it would ask this.
