on training, on getting back to defend as a unit, plus he has been getting players that he did not really want or cannot fit into his vision etc
The only player signed doesnt fit into his style is Rhodes, Karanka wanted McCormack, however Karanka didnt say no to Rhodes, on the contrary we have tried to sign Rhodes three or four times in the last two seasons.
The issue is that the team are unhappy with the amount of rotation and the overly defensive tactics, Karanka plays a rigid formation which has become to predictable and easy to counter.
