Sanity is sweeping the world.

Talk about your fundamental human rights (ie. the right to do what you want as long as it doesn't hurt anyone,etc..).
Apparently there is a push for it in the UK too, but it will take some time before it becomes law.

They should throw in marijuana decriminalization while they're at it.
