You probably said it more than 100 times in 2018, here on this forum.
You always seem to get this way when you’re upset. I think it’s best I give you time to cool off.

@PB1022
You should read Colossians 3:9-10

Read Galatians 5.
What about you and your claim about yourself?

Wow. I really struck a nerve when I caught you telling those four big whoppers. It’s like you’re obsessed with trying to push the stink of dishonesty off of yourself onto me.

I’d recommend that you read Galatians. Chapter 5 I think addresses that.
I think 2 Timothy 2:7 is much more insightful:

“. . . for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. . . . By the Holy Spirit who dwells within us, guard the good deposit entrusted to you.”

I think any Christian who lacks the power of self-control, in what they post here, isn't sufficiently guarding the good deposit the Holy Spirit entrusted to them.

I think that 'stink of dishonesty' might be coming from your side of the keyboard, champ.

Dodge noted.

I am not "upset" at all.

What version of the Holy Bible is that verse from? Are you sure you have the citation right? I’m interested to read that in the KJV, but that verse in the KJV is nothing like what you posted.

Wow.

So let’s see…

We’ve got FMF, rajk999, Ghost and avalanchethecat all trolling me. Did I miss anyone?

This is what’s known as a “dog pile troll” and what atheists frequently employ when one of them is being bested in a debate.

Four on one, I’m flattered!

But I think I’ll leave you guys high and dry and get some shut-eye.

I am sure what you believe seems absolutely real to you and I don't doubt your sincerity one little bit. But if we rewind 20+ years, back then, what I believed - just like you - seemed absolutely real too and you would have had no reason to doubt my sincerity.
This is where we parted ways; Christianity isn't just a belief. It's a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. You can believe you are a hamburger, a dog, a woman, a horse, an angel, whatever you want; the reality of Jesus in your life is what matters.

Our beliefs are internal to us; we can believe evolution is true, if it is or isn't, matters not what we think the reality of its truthfulness is not dependent upon us. Many people say, Lord, Lord to Jesus Christ who are not saved, because the reality of Jesus Christ isn't true in their lives, they may go through religious motions and say religious things, but their hearts are far from Him.

Scripture, not a personal opinion on this, is where we go to sort this type of thing out; what does it say? You can make bold proclamations about you and me all you want, but like others there, your opinion is just that, your opinion, what you thought you had but realized wasn't real, wasn't. What you think about what others have, is just that, nothing more, what you think.

1 John 2:19
American Standard Version
They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us: but they went out , that they might be made manifest that they all are not of us.

2 Corinthians 13: 6
English Standard Version
Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you fail to meet the test!

Loss of belief that Jesus' identity snd significance was what your fellow Christians think he was. Nothing whatsoever to do with anger.
Well, if that was all you had, you were never a Christian because that requires Christ in your life, not a mental acceptance alone that He should be meaningful or not.

But, KellyJay, I didn't believe I was a hamburger, a dog, a woman, a horse, or an angel. I believed I had "a relationship with God through Jesus Christ".

What I believe about you now, or back then wouldn't matter; some know the Lord because Jesus redeemed them who I would think would end up in Hell will be saved, those I thought who appeared sincere who were only acting out what they thought they should without ever turning to Christ will find they were only acting out and never turned to Christ. My beliefs about you or anyone else here are not necessary; what is, the only thing that is, is Jesus Christ in your life? You can run with the right crowd, but unless that one thing is true, your life is not abiding in Christ.

I truly believed I had Christ in my life and that belief included an unconditional acceptance of what I [at that time] was convinced the Bible told all Christians about the identity of Christ and the significance of his life and death. You are struggling to substantiate your assertion that I was "never a Christian".
